The Chicago Residential Investment Fund (RIF) invites private-sector development partners to share opportunities for mixed-income multifamily projects—both new construction and acquisitions—that advance Chicago's housing goals.
RIF intends to partner with private-sector developers to co-develop multi-family properties in the city of Chicago. RIF will co-invest, sharing risk and profit. RIF capital will enable increased affordability and environmental sustainability while generating long-term growth in value. The first deal is expected to close in Q2 2026.
